Can I take Bioma with medications or other supplements?

In most cases, Bioma is safe to take alongside other medications and supplements. However, timing matters for some combinations:

Safe to take with:

• Blood pressure meds – no known interactions; may modestly lower blood pressure.
• Cholesterol meds – probiotics may even help lower LDL levels.
• Diabetes meds – some probiotic strains may improve blood sugar and lipid profiles.
• Antifungals – generally safe and may support gut balance during treatment.
• Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) – no known interaction; because Mounjaro can cause digestive side effects, adding a probiotic may help reduce discomfort.

For antibiotics:

Antibiotics can kill both harmful and helpful bacteria. To avoid canceling out your probiotic:

• Take Bioma at least 2 hours after your antibiotic.
• Or, wait until your course is finished to start taking Bioma.
