Can Bioma cause side effects?

Bioma is generally well-tolerated, but some people may experience mild side effects during the first 3–7 days as their gut microbiota adjusts. These are common and typically temporary.

Possible Side Effects:

• Gas or bloating
• Mild cramping
• Increased bowel movements or looser stools
• Mild fatigue or “die-off” symptoms (due to microbiome shifts)

These effects usually subside with continued use.
