Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible U.S. orders. You can find more information about our refund and return policy in our Terms & Conditions.

You are eligible for a refund if:

• The product is unopened, in original packaging, and fit for resale;
• The product is faulty or not as described.
  

To request a return:

• Email us at hello@bioma.health within 14 days of delivery;
• Include a description of the issue and photo proof (if applicable).

Once approved:

• You’ll receive a prepaid return label;
  
• A 9.00 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund;
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return;
• It may take 10–30 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Canada & Australia Orders

Orders shipped to Canada or Australia are non-returnable and non-refundable at this time.
