a) in cases, if the product is not as described or faulty, the client must contact our customer support at hello@bioma.health within 14 days of delivery and provide detailed information proving the fault of the company’s product (with visual proof attached) or
b) if the goods you wish to return are in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale.
If the goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
The US
Once you inform us of your wish to return the products, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to use for the return. The shipping label costs $9 (nine US dollars), so this sum will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and check your returned order, a refund will be authorized. You will receive the money in the same account you used to make the initial payment.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from when we receive your order. However, be advised that the refund may take 10–30 working days to reach your bank account.
If the client fails to meet the deadlines of our return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
