How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service platform — after your second charge has been processed.

Per our Terms & Conditions (Section 6.6), our subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate. If you choose to cancel before your second charge, you will be required to pay the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price of the product.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Access your account by following the instructions here.
2. Go to the Your Subscriptions page.
3. Click Manage Subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription. If your subscription is paused, you'll need to unpause it first to see the cancel option.
